Job Title: Security Guard

Job Summary: We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with protecting our premises, assets, and personnel. You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain the security of premises.
• Patrol property regularly, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
• Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances, ensuring a swift and appropriate response to emergencies or suspicious activities.
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety.
• Write detailed reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent the passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.
• Inform and warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; further training in security services is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Security Guard or relevant position.
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
• Familiarity with report writing.
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
• Trained in First Aid and self-defense.
• Physically able to patrol the premises and manage confrontations when necessary.

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• The role may involve standing for extended periods and exposure to various weather conditions.

Salary:
