Job Overview:
As a Pastry Chef, you will lead the pastry department, creating and executing a diverse range of sweet treats that showcase both artistic flair and exceptional taste. Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, adhering to best practices for food handling, storage, and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate menu offerings, special events, and seasonal promotions, ensuring synergy between savory and sweet offerings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging techniques, and new ingredients to continually innovate and elevate the pastry program.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Sous Chef specializing in pastry, with a strong background in pastry production and dessert creation.
- Formal culinary training from a recognized culinary institute or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, baking principles, and dessert presentation, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
