Legal Consultant Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Legal Consultant to provide our organization with expert advice on a variety of legal matters. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of UAE laws and regulations and will be responsible for guiding our company through legal processes, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities:

• Offer expert legal advice on matters affecting the company’s operations, including contracts, employment law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Review, draft, and negotiate legal documents and contracts to ensure the company's interests are protected.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on UAE laws and regulations to support decision-making and policy development.
• Liaise with external legal counsel as needed and coordinate legal activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, with a valid license to practice in the UAE.
• Proven experience as a Legal Consultant, Legal Advisor, or similar role, preferably within the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE legal system, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and offer practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
