Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and materials for construction projects.
• Manage and lead construction teams, providing guidance and direction as needed.
• Inspect work sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including materials used, labor hours, and expenses.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in construction management or a related field.
• Prior experience working in the UAE construction industry.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
