Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Argon Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing precision welding using the Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding process. They will ensure the quality and integrity of welds in accordance with industry standards and project specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Perform argon welding operations according to project requirements and welding procedures.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Set up welding equipment, including selecting appropriate materials, gas, and welding parameters.
• Clean and prepare surfaces for welding, ensuring proper fit-up and alignment.
• Inspect welds for quality, completeness, and conformance to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues as they arise.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Argon Welder or TIG Welder.
• Proficiency in TIG welding techniques and equipment operation.
• Familiarity with various metals and alloys commonly used in welding.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in welding or relevant training is preferred.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform welding tasks effectively.
